I was in my turbo tax account on Oct 26th. that has two factor security. Someone I did not have 2 factor security for the paired Intuit account. I was browsing my account and saw recent activity. Apparently someone in CHINA accessed my Intuit account on October 16.
How did this happen?
If Intuit tracks activity on the account, why would access from CHINA raise a red flag?
A search of security breaches yielded an information about a security breach earlier in the year. Why wasn't I notified? Given the security breach, why would access from CHINA not raise a red flag and block the access or at least result in a communication to me to ensure it was me?
