Second Stte Purchase Problems

I successfully, filed returns for Federal and the first state.  I'm now trying to purchase software for filing in a second state.  Everything worked well until I got to the point where a pop-up screen requested my mailing information.  That screen is so large I can't get to the blue "continue" button at bottom of the page.  I have no idea how to move or shrink the page to where that blue button can be selected.  BTW, I can drag the pop-up a bit above the top of my 26"screen to where a tiny bit of the blue continue button can be seen on the bottom but it immediately reorients back down as soon as I let go with the cursor, thereby pushing the blue button off the screen.  I have no idea how to shrink the pop-up page size.
