I've been through all the steps to import and have been successful with one account.
I have 2 other Schwab brokerage accounts and am unable to import the 1099 info for either one.
When the import process finishes there is a message "we can't find any forms for this account." The accounts exist and are selected from the dropdown menu.
I have tried Chrome and Edge browsers with same results.
Schwab customer service is unable to provide any reason why this is happening and point the blame at TurboTax.
Can anyone suggest a reason why this is happening?
