Question

Schwab 1099-b import is not working. When will this be fixed?

The form is available from Schwab as off this week. After attempting the import, I got a message:

You can ask the financial institution if you'll get this form, and return to import it when it's available.

If you already have the info, you can enter it by hand. (902)

In general, any error regarding a form download from a financial firm is totally because of whatever that firm makes available.
Did you check with Schwab?  Their posted schedule leaves the possiblity that forms with Stock sales may not be available until even the end of February!  So you need to talk to them - they control the download, not TurboTax although the error message itself is truly not clear or precise!

I couldn't import from Schwab until I enabled third-party access from their website. Go to

Schwab.com: Service Tab, then selct "Security Center". Look at Third-Party Access, set to enable
