No, didn’t answer my question.  
I’m dealing with Ohio, school district 0605.  I still don’t see any instructions on state filling instructions for filing our school district taxes.

TurboTax will automatically create your school district return based on information filled in from your W-2.  If you're trying to create a return based on another type of income, please let us know what type of income you are reporting so that we can further assist.
