Regarding schedule e, part 1, fair rental days. If rental property was rented and never used for personal days and was sold on jan 15 . What number do you put for fair rental days? Would it be 15 days 8r 365 days?

It is asking only for the current year's number of rented days. So if it was rented until the day it was sold, you would enter 15 days.
