My line 11b amount is over $100,000

When I use the Tax Computational Worksheet and enter my 11b amount the result does not equal the amount shown on Line 44

Line 44 of the Schedule D Tax Worksheet (page D-17) is computed using the 2019 Tax Computation Worksheet.

The 2019 Tax Computation Worksheet can be found on page 253 of IRS publication 17.

As I said:
