i have been the victim of a scam, 10,000.00 how will it affect my taxes next year 2024 taxes/ i am retired and on a fixed income and use standard deduction. how can i use this to lower my tax burden for 2024?

So I ask TurboTax for a refund from them because I was over charged and when I finally got to speak with them they tried to scam me and then hang up
