Scam

When I was about file, I was charged about $89 right before filing. Never went through and kept getting rejected. Therefore never completed filing. I had to file with another source, I've requested a refund and kept getting rejected. If i never completed to file, no service was provided then I should be able to get a refund as I haven't recieved any services and did not complete filing.

Scam

The fee you paid was to prepare a tax return using the software; the fee is the same whether you e-file or mail the return in an envelope.   When your return was rejected, you could have fixed it and re-filed or you could have filed it by mail instead.  

 

But you can have that conversation with customer support.

 

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
