I'm using 2018 Business TurboTax, paid for my state download(WI),tried to download, but I can't get it to work, keep retrying to download also uninstalled and reinstalled

This is BS.  Someone at TT is dropping the ball big time.  I contacted WI DOR, and they say everything is up and running and good on their end.  This needs to be resolved SOON!!!

All Wisconsin business and fiduciary downloads now pushed out to March 8!  Seriously thinking about requesting refund and using fill-in forms on the Wisconsin DOR website.

Rambo - Thats exactly what I did. I downloaded the forms from the Wisconsin DOR and using my prior year return as a guide, just filled them in myself.  I have a CPA firm review my returns so thats what I did.

Forms are available, HOWEVER, now I get the error "You cannot e-file this tax return because the Intuit Electronic Filing Center is not open for the season yet.   We accept 2018 Wisconsin Partnership tax returns from the beginning of tax season to end of tax season.  We'll see you then!"  I thought it was tax season!!!!

Same thing happening here.  Was able to complete WI, but getting the same error you are.  What is going on???!!!

bake and information, were you guys able to get it figured out? I am currently in the same boat.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the program, and restarted my computer and still getting that piece of crap pop up box.

The State Form 5s for Wisconsin is now available to download if you paid for it- open the program and select UPDATE- BUT unfortunately they're not ready to file the return ONLINE.  Hoping they'll get their act together by the 15th.

Guys, I was able to transmit the returns after midnight.  I guess Turbotax just needed a day to get their stuff together.  Hopefully you guys are all success in these next final steps.  Until next year, let's see if we'll be stressing again.

This is a message for Turbo Tax, if they even pay attention to their website comments:  NY is still not available and this is the email message I received from NYS tax department:

Due date reminder for corporation tax filers
• 3/15: Partnership, New York S corporation and LLC/LLP filing fee returns, and the mandatory first installment (MFI) for all corporation tax calendar filers
• 4/15: Individuals, estates and trusts (fiduciaries), New York C corporation, insurance corporation, and most Article 9 corporate returns

This is not easy to find, but I finally found out that some states (such as New York) will not be available until later.  Once it's available it should work.

I am also having this problem, spent a couple hours on phone with turbo tax. Finally they said the NY Partnership Return wasn't available until Feb 7.  It is Feb 8 now and the link above for forms availability says that the forms are ready. However I still get the same problem, program says it is downloaded, but it is not in my forms.  I have done everything and keep going in a loop and still no download.  I see another question below regarding the State S-corp returns having the same problem.  I also need to purchase that one, but don't dare until these problems are resolved.  What's up Turbo Tax?  A glitch in your system that no one is fixing?  I am not in the mood to call Turbo Tax again and waste another 2-3 hours trying to get it fixed.  PLEASE someone fix this!

I have the same problem!  The download link stays gray.  It was supposed to be available Feb 8th and it let me pay for the download but won't let me download it.  This is my last year of Turbo Trouble.

See originally WI was available 1/31/2019, that's when I paid for it and tried to download, plus I received an email saying it was ready AND at that point when a person checked there form availability site, it stated they were ready.  After spending several hours on the phone with their help( which they were great in trying to figure it out) and several days later when they changed the form availability site for WI saying they now won't be ready till 2/15/2019, we'll see.  Poor communication within their company.

I think the delay in the availability is all on Turbo Tax.  The NY state website has both the Partnership and Individual returns ready.  And like others, if they don't get it together I will be searching for a different tax program next year.  I am also waiting on the NY S-Corp return, which is due March 15, Turbo tax is causing me to wait until the last minute to prepare and file my returns.  They always say we can extend, but I don't want to extend and my bankers would like my tax returns asap also.
