S-Corp changed to LLC effective dec 31, 2023

my S-Corp has been changed to an LLC effective dec 31, 2023.  The State Paperwork is in process and the IRS will be notified of the Revocation of Subchapter S election by March 15. 

do I check "this S-Corp ended in 2023" when completing my K1 form 1040 for 2023?

Yes, since this will be your last year filing as the S Corporation, you should mark final return on it.
