If I am now rated by VA as Total & Permanent disabled and had to retire end of 2020, can my wife or myself contribute money to my Roth IRA or IRA , or both for 2021

    You annual IRA contributions are limited to $6,000 ($7,000 if you're age 50 or older), or your taxable compensation for the year if less.  You would need taxable compensation for the year.
