Spouse and I do not pay or receive alimony nor have we ever. Why does TT keep asking for alimony info.

How do I get rid of alimony questions since my spouse or I have never paid or received alimony?

Review the following two areas in the software:

Go to Income & Wages. Scroll all the way to the last category to find Alimony Received. Make sure you answered no in this section.
Go to Deductions & Credits tab. Scroll all the way to the last category to find Alimony Paid. Make sure you answered no in this section.
