Hello to the wonderful people who always help.

I don't know what this refers to so I can't go to the form to review.

Any idea? I ran review and this was reported as an error.

I'm baffled!

Please clarify by adding a little more information.

It appears it could possibly be with regard to a state Tax return, where the state excludes part of your retirement income. Do you have Forms 1099-R that you entered? What state are you filing for? Does that state exclude a portion of your retirement income?

Thank you. Now that you mention it, it occurred before I went to finalize the state of NJ. Yes - they do exclude pension contributions from the taxable amount. I looked at the NJ return and don't see line 9a on the retirement income worksheet or anywhere else that I would answer accordingly. The initial interview steps recorded the taxable and non-taxable info for the pension.

Appreciate further guidance.
