Reverse split to value zero

I have 100 shares of stock A, after several reverse splits, the share number becomes to 0. How do I claim the loss?

ask your broker to remove the shares from your account either for no cost or for a fee of one dollar.
then you will have a 1099-B you can report  on 2018 return
