Return status

I am filing for the first time. I file electronically and according to the IRS " wheres my refund" my return should be sent to my account no later than today. Thr status bar says accepted., approved but not sent. Why wouldnt it be sent yet

The IRS usually processes refunds in a batch on Fridays. Check your account this Friday and see if it's there.

I am amending my return and need to mark the box saying that I am claimed as a dependent by someone else. Where do I find this box?
