Return Rejected

Good Day,

My 2019 returns (Federal and State) got rejected due to AGI or PIN incorrectness. I am positive that I am inputting the correct amounts or figures. I also tried printing the return to file by mail but to no avail.

What do I do?

If you can't e-File you must file on paper via US Mail.

Even though you are positive you are using the AGI that is shown on your 2018 return,

if you filed late or amended your return, your correct 2018 AGI may not be in the system.  You can try using zero as the AGI instead.  If zero will not let you e-file, then you have to print, sign and mail your return.  Your TurboTax fees must be paid in order to print.

Note:  If you mail your federal return, you will also need to mail your state return.  You will not be able to e-file your state return.

If you know your PIN enter the PIN and leave AGI empty.

In other words, one or the other.
With TurboTax, AGI often does not work (does not match).
