Return Rejected - Fix It Button not Working

My Ohio School District return was rejected and when I hit the "Help Me Fix It" button, it took me to a screen away from the local return telling me about my payment to my Ohio State tax return. Any workarounds to help me fix my school district return or is this a fix needed to be completed by Turbotax?

TurboTax can prepare a School District return, but you have to initiate it.

You can try to access it using either of these two methods:

At the screen, in the Ohio program, titled "A few things before we wrap up your state taxes"
- scroll down to School District taxes.
Or later at the screen "Your 2019 Ohio Taxes are ready for us to check"
- Click Other situations
- Scroll down to School District taxes.

Usually the School District return is e-filed with the state return, but there are exceptions.

Read the Ohio "filing instructions" that TurboTax prepares, They will tell you if the SD100 was e-filed or if you have to mail it.

Thanks for the attempt to solve my issue. I had already been through all of the steps you mentioned and that is what brought me to my issue. I did eventually find the error in my rejection notice and did fix it. My original question/issue to the expert - the help me fix it button did not take me to where I could fix the issue. That is still an area TurboTax will need to fix.
