Return cannot be efiled; how do i find which forms are Blocking the efile? No new forms in use this year so puzzled

A message is usually generated when there is an error.  Your computer may be caught in a loop and you may need to clear your history, cookies, and cache.

Cookies are small files that temporarily store data on your computer. We use them to personalize your experience so you see the information you already entered and not irrelevant or repetitive items.

On some occasions, they may make your browser think you already did something that you still need to do. To fix that, you must delete (clear) the cookies from your browser.

Cleared cache/history.  Made sure both the OS and any updates to software were applied.    Still indicating I cannot file because of certain forms, but no detail provided.  I even made sure any forms not in use this year from last were removed in case those were the problems

This is a known issue in TurboTax and we are working to resolve it as soon as possible. As soon as we have a resolution for you, it'll be shared on Community. The issue is scheduled to be resolved end of 1/31. Please do not file prior to 2/1.

It's 2-6-24, and this issue persists. I even just got off the phone with a turbotax person and they were not very helpful. They didn't seem to understand this was a known error on turbotax...any updates on this? I'm being blocked from filing for apparently no reason.

This has been resolved. Make sure your software has the latest update. You might also try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax.
