Retirement Plans and Social Security Section will not let me enter my Pension plan withdrawals

I am starting on my 2025 taxes and now turbo tax is telling me because of changes to the tax law that the section to enter my pension plan withdrawals is unavailable.  I find this odd as it has me sign up for information on Form 3903 which has nothing to do with what I am attempting to do.  Nor does it give me any information when this section will be available.  Says this is because of recent tax law changes.  Can someone tell me not only when this section will be available, but also what the issue is as I am having trouble understanding what is causing this delay.  I am use to other more complicated things taking a while, but it does not make sense here.

Most forms are available after January 6 and others a month later.
