Reporting statutory employee income

How do I skip Statutory section I file a regular W-2 only

You should go back to your W-2 data entry and make sure that the box 13 Statutory Employee is unchecked. The statutory employee interview will be eliminated at this point.  If you have gone through that interview, and you are still receiving the questions or an electronic error, the easiest way to fix this would be to just delete this W-2 and re-enter it again.

Deleted W-2, closed program to reboot 3x - no solution

Please understand - the box 13 is NOT and never been checked!  I have used delete just in case it is written in invisible ink and no adequate result  Is it possible to chat with a person
