One of the answers to above question in the community states that"A nonbusiness bad debt deduction requires a separate detailed statement attached to your return. The statement must contain: a description of the debt, including the amount and the date it became due; the name of the debtor, and any business or family relationship between you and the debtor; the efforts you made to collect the debt; and why you decided the debt was worthless.
My concern is that when I am transmitting the return on line, how do I submit that statement alongwith form 8949 .
Secondly as I am filing the amendment to my 2021 return, which is already assessed, can I file the amendment on line or by paper only. How do I file amended return electronically.
Thanks in advance.

there is no way to include the statement you mentioned in an e-filed return. it will have to be mailed with the statement included. follow Turbotax filing instructions include copies of W-2's and any other form with withholding.
with Turbotax a 2021 return can only be mailed.
