Reporting lost card

I have been calling for 2 days. Today when it transfers me to a a human it disconnects. Tired to use the web site to report card missing doesnt work. On line it says to call the number when you call they say to use the knline app or it droos the call when being transferef. Today ive been calling since 7:20 am.

I’m having the same issue. Was notified yesterday that my stimulus was deposited into this turbo debit account which I have absolutely no access to. My 1200 is just floating around out there and I have no way to talk to anyone to fix it.

  • I have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card: If you have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, there is nothing more you need to do. You will be able to immediately use the stimulus funds upon deposit. You can sign in to your account to check your balance here: https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/login 

 

  • I no longer have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card: If you no longer have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, don’t worry. If you have registered your card and know your login credentials, you can request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account (https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/account/report-lost-or-stolen). If you don’t know your account login information, call 888-285-4169 for assistance. You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you.

Reporting lost card

I called and they're sending a new card. Let's say the money was deposited yesterday, not that I can confirm because I don't have the login info necessary to change my password and find out, that's just what the email says. Will the money still be in that account, and go back to this new card, or will it be lost?? The bot said it'd have a new number, since the card was closed. Did I just screw myself out of my stimulus check?? Thanks for the help!
