When do you start doing the rapid refund advance

Refund Advance is typically available in January. For qualifying clients, the advance is paid out once a Federal tax return is accepted electronically by the IRS.  The IRS usually opens for e-file acceptance sometime around the 3rd week of January (exact date is TBD) so that is when Refund Advance could begin to be paid.
