I am using 2021 Turbotax Premier (PC version). After I entered my rental income, etc., TT asked me if I want to see the median monthly rental in my county, I clicked YES. But TT returned the following: "The median monthly rent charged in your county for a 2 bedroom rental is zero." I saw the same with 2020 TT Premier. Does TT stopped providing this feature?

We would like to take a deeper look at this to make certain what you're experiencing is not a bug in the software. We will need a diagnostic file, which is a copy of your tax return that has all of your personal information removed. You can send one to us by following the directions below:

1. Open your return.
2. Click the Online tab in the black bar across the top of TurboTax and select “Send Tax File to Agent”
3. This will generate a message that a diagnostic copy will be created.  Click on OK and the tax file will be sanitized and transmitted to us.

*Please reply to this thread and provide the Token Number that was generated in the response.

BTW, I saved a copy of the diagnostic return for myself, but could not open it. What app should I use to read the diagnostic return?
