Renaming not supported

I saved my return, but it is not in my documents folder. I tried to change the name from untitled to something relevant, but nothing happened. I got the spinning beach ball and nothing happened. What are my options

TT Easy Extension was rejected. Now I am going to miss deadline b/c I cannot get real help from TT "support." Only AI responses that are non-responsive, waste my time.
