How can remove the 3rd stimulus credit as I don't think I'm qualified based on my 2019/2020 income.

No. The Recovery Rebate Credit is based on 2021 income. If you did not get the third stimulus payment because you did not qualify due to the last tax return filed (either 2019 or 2020), and now you qualify due to a change in circumstance, then you may qualify for the Recovery Rebate Credit. Your Recovery Rebate Credit (Line 30 of your 1040) will reduce any tax you owe for 2021 or be included in your tax refund.
