I verified my AGI is correct from previous year, but still receiving this error.  I filed a paper return for 2019, but have previously filed electronically.

There is a very good possibility that the IRS has not fully processed your 2019 paper filed tax return so that your 2019 AGI is not in their database.

Enter a 0 (zero) for the 2019 AGI and e-file the tax return again.
