Rejected

Why are my taxes rejected and how to I resubmit them and make them work.

    I went to nonfilers and filled out form and summoyed it and it was rejected i have direct deposit im on ssi and i dont what else to do i keep getting rejection cause of ip pin i dont have will i get a check crystal
