YES We always file jointly, so how do I make adjustments to my E-file tax form??

You will go through the steps to file like you did initially.  When you get to the AGI questions, put your total AGI for both you and your wife.

Your wife's AGI and your AGI are the same, assuming you filed jointly last year.  Do not split your total AGI between the two of you, use the total AGI for both answers.
