rejected returns

my state return has been rejected four times.  When looking at the message no reason is given and no help is listed to how to correct issues

What state are you filing? What kind of income is included? Did you file more than one state?

Minnesota one state.  Same income as always.  Social security, w2, 1099r, interest.  Same for many years.  Your help line says turbo tax could not give a reason so I do not what to correct.  They gave me a long reject code which the state goes not list.  When you call in help is worthless

If you have frontline worker pay on your return go back to where you entered it on the miscellaneous income section of the federal return and put "MN Frontline Worker Pay" in the description.  That may fix your rejection issue.

No worker pay.  No reason from turbo tax.  Called and support gave a reason code.  I contacted state and they said it is not state reason code.  Support is a bunch of people who google and give old info.
