I assume you are referring to a 6-digit IP PIN (Identity Protection PIN.)

Had you previously used an IP PIN in past years?   Did you get a new 2021 IP PIN earlier this year to be used in all returns filed during the 2021 calendar year?   It would have come either in an IRS letter (if you are a confirmed victim of ID theft), or it could have been acquired online at the IRS website if you are an opt-in IP PIN user.

Do you have an online IRS account?  If so, you can use the IP PIN Retrieval Tool to get your 2021 IP PIN immediately.   Or you can create an online IRS account, if you qualify.

If you can't retrieve it online, you'll have to phone the special department at the IRS that handles that, and they will verify your identity and mail your IP PIN to your address of record within 21 days (with a couple of exceptions.)  If needed, the phone number is on the first page linked below.

First, see the info on this IRS page on retrieving an IP PIN:

https://www.irs.gov/identity-theft-fraud-scams/retrieve-your-ip-pin

After you've read that page above, here's the page to get the IP PIN online:

Most likely you previously had ID theft and the IRS has been issuing you an IP PIN that is a unique 6-digit number. It should have been mailed to you or you can try www.irs.gov/ippinfaqs to obtain your PIN. If you have that IP PIN already, in Turbo tax you go to Personal tab, then Other tax situations tab, then drop down to Other return info and Start Identity protection PIN tab. And from my experience (not from TT support) you still have to enter a self-pin at the signature page.
