Rejected 3 times due to incorrect agi from last year being wrong. I had zero income so didn't file. Why is there no option to use idpin as alternative on turbo tax? The option is there on efile site from it's site

I used $0 as AGI but turbo tax auto changes that **bleep** to $1. So having zero income in 2021 and having not filed my AGI was 0. TurboTax auto changing AGI to $1 kept getting it rejected. Need to add the option to use id-pin alternatively. This option is on the efile site you use from the IRS web site. Your software also didn't ask me if I had a 1095a. The market place had not sent them out when I filed originally so not being a CPA I had no idea it had to be included with return. 4 rejections total. I had to do all the leg work to find the answers to what the problems were and I had to figure out a way to navigate through each problem on my own. So why would I pay $70 something dollars to turbo tax when your software is dog **bleep** and I had to do all the research, work and fixes all myself???
