I'm getting no instructions. This keeps going on and I'm moving to a different program, this is insanity.
@DanielV01 Does Intuit plan on fixing this? I keep getting the same error with no instructions. What should we do to get this done?
@mamerchant878 Sorry, I know you weren't responding to me lol .. but truthfully don't waste your time with TurboTax. I got mine rejected 6x and no one has any answers - I left my rejected ones sitting in here, didn't waste my time fixing anything and filed with H&R Block instead, the IRS received them in minutes. Plus H&R Block was a little cheaper...
Any of my friends or family who haven't done their taxes yet, I told them to make sure they do not use this company.
I am also having the same problem- token code 934171. What do I do now? I have filed at least 5 or 6 times all with the same message.

Yes, I thought the same. But they wont refund you and say well you chose to file with us so its your fault. I know from experience.
