The information for these this error is:

F8962-322 Each monthly contribution amount on Form 8962, lines 12c to 23c that has a non-zero value must be equal to the amount computed using the Form 8962 instructions.

If there is a 0 in any of those fields, please leave it blank in those fields, when you enter it. If you uploaded a 1095-A, you may need to delete it and enter manually.

Note:  If most of the lines across are the same, you can use the blue copy previous month buttons to enter it again.

Here are the directions to delete a form from your return.  This will delete the form and the entries.  If it rebuilds, sometimes there is another form recreating it and both have to be deleted to clear that information.

·         To delete a Form go the far left, in the black vertical menu

·         Click on Tax Tools

·         Click on Tools

·         Under Other helpful links, click on Delete a form

·         Scroll down to 1095 and click on Delete

·         Click on the blue Delete Selected Form

·         At bottom Continue

·         At bottom Continue with my Return

I would recommend going into the health insurance section, delete your 1095-A, and re-enter that 1095-A.  Hopefully that will clear it up.

I tried that and it didn't work, but I will do it again. Thank you

Brian, your 2017 federal return was accepted! Thank you! The answer below is correct. Leave the boxes blank if they are supposed to be $0 and don't upload your form. Type it in manually. Do exactly as the answer shows.
