This error refers to Form 8960 Net Investment Income Tax Individuals, Estates, and Trusts.  The issue is known by the IRS and there is a resolution date of 2/17/2023.  Once fixed by the IRS, TurboTax will make their adjustments.

That is not the information I've gotten. My understanding is that this error is 100% on TurboTax's shoulders. It's not even remotely okay to expect people to wait weeks to e-file (or use snail mail). I for one was relying on getting my refund by the end of the month, like every year. The financial implications of not getting that money are catastrophic for me.

At the very very least, TurboTax should be refunding their fees.
