Reject Code F1NPR-952 is a Wisconsin e-file error. It doesn't affect your federal return.

I'm not talking about the 952 error but the F1NPR-651 error. How do I fix the 651 error?

This is what I get:
What happened

F1NPR-651 - Subtractions from income should be reported on line 29b. A negative amount of other income should be listed as a subtraction and not a negative other income.
