Looks like you need a Wisconsin IP Pin.

 

'The Primary Taxpayer's Wisconsin Identity Protection Personal Identification Number (Wisconsin IP PIN) did not match the e-File database. Please double check your entry and resubmit your return with the correct number.'

    What number federal are filed accept and done. Did Wisconsin State the same and getting that error.
