There have been updates and many users have reported that the issue has been resolved.

I checked again today and Form 2210 has not be deleted despite me going in 3 times and deleting it. This is preventing me from refiling my return. When will this issue be resolved? Our fees should be discounted as this appears to be a bug issue with Turbo tax and nothing I did wrong or incorrect in filing.
