How can I get Turbo Tax Live Premier paid for under my legal plan with Microsoft (Or outside Perks+)

Can you provide some details; I'm not sure what you are wanting to do...   The Live products are only for use with TurboTax Online products, so are you asking about TurboTax Live Premium?

3. I wonder if I can get some discount or reimbursement considering I have MetLife insurance.

I subscribed to the Legal Plan and filed online with TurboTax Live Premium. I was told the Legal Plan covers the payment for TurboTax. How do I take advantage of that and get reimbursed for the purchase?

Dawn, will support know anything about the legal program benefits? I already asked them, and they said they were unaware of any benefits.

Unfortunately, I don't have any information on those topics.   TurboTax Support is all I can suggest here.

Can you escalate? I understood this forum represented MetLife Legal Plans and TurboTax.

I need your help.

Either TurboTax or Legal Plan should be able to describe how I (we) can obtain this benefit.

To access your TurboTax DIY benefits, log into your MetLife Legal Plans portal (https://login.legalplans.com/register) then under "Debt Matters," select "Tax Preparation & Filing" to access your benefits.
