Refunds

Every year I ask that my refund go directly into my checking account, I give all the proper information, etc., and yet for the last few years my check gets mailed to my address. We live in a rural area where theft from mailboxes is common, that's why I always ask for direct deposit. What can be done to remedy this situation?

Double check the routing number and account number with the bank.  Some banks use different routing numbers for deposits and payments.
