It says my tax refund was sent to my bank on 05/05/2025 and my bank has still not received it.Thanks

Do you mean 03/05/2025----since May has not arrived yet? Where do you see that date?

Only the IRS and your State control when and if a Federal or State tax refund is Approved and Issued.
