I filed my 2020 Tax Refund this year in 2022 since I wasn't able to submit it until now due to Documents I was waiting on. I filed my 2020 Refund for Direct Deposit. Will I still receive my Refund in the same timeframe 4wks as I would have if it was submitted back in 2020? Will the IRS follow the 2022 Refund Schedule? I'm referring to the Federal "Tax Refund Delivery Time" for "Paper file" with direct deposit.

Getting an E-filed 2021 refund in 4 weeks s fast. You should get your 2020 n about 4 months with luck.

I've never heard of anyone getting their Refund in 4months no matter the year it was filed.
