Refund Shorted

I received my credit however it was over 5,000 dollars short?!? And it came from SBTPG LLC TPG PRODUCTS. What do we need to do to receive the remainder of our return?

You will receive a letter from the IRS in the mail. They do not notify TT or SBTPG, but it might be related to the stimulus or the Advanced Child Tax Credit.
