Refund Request

I have been TurboTax customer from last 14 years and have been filing my Personal Tax each year. This is the first time I am filing for a Business Tax for a LLC which was just registered and no transaction/business done.

I have been charged wrong amount and have been trying to reach for refund since then but no success. Refund request link is not working as it always say wrong order number. I called Customer care 3 days back and they also couldn't with the order number given and supervisor finally created a ticket and told me that I will have response in 72 hours but I didn't receive any update. Since then I have been trying to reach customer service but it seems they have the same number and it always go to Product specialist rather than billing. It is really frustrating.

Are you sure you purchased through TurboTax directly and not a re-seller?

Yes, I purchased directly through TurboTax online.

When you call the TurboTax Support number, request to speak to Billing. They should be able to help you. If you purchased the app, you would need to request a refund from the Apple store or Google Play.
