Refund Request

Ref: Case #[number removed]   I requested a refund yesterday only to realize that the service charge to my federal return was in fact for my Illinois refund which requires a service charge.  This is my error but how do I fix it?

they charge me 2 times 25$ for my state, i need to request a refund to get my money back

 You can fill this form out for someone to call you. Just be sure it has been 24 hours so all charges will show so the refund can be made.
