I have never agreed to upgrading to Premium. Last year, I wondered why I was charged $199 but assumed it was because i asked the chat box a single question (which $199 is STILL ridiculous for a single question) It charged me again this year, when I did not use any Turbo assistance. It gave me no option to remove it, no option to deny it, nothing. I was forced to pay with credit card, or with my refund.
I went online and saw that you can request a refund for that, which I have. But all i got was a "thank you for the feedback" message. How can i check the status of my refund request for services i never agreed upon?

I too wish that I found all of this information out through reviews and the forum, but understandable, consumers do not look for issues that they are unaware of. This was an unauthorized subscription being imposed on my account without clear disclosure or an option to decline it during the filing process. I was provided with no information or opportunity to opt out of this subscription, nor was I informed that I was being enrolled in an ongoing service.
Sadly, Turbo tax makes it very difficult for the users about this (based off reading all of the reviews on it after the matter) I understand this is your job to respond to these posts, but giving turbo tax users a handful of links does nothing but intentionally give them the runaround.
