Refund for a state we did not need

When we were doing our taxes, Turbo Tax suggested we file in another state as well as our main state.  When we got through the second state, we did not need to file a return to that state, however I had paid $45 to add it.  Can I get a refund?  I don't want a refund of Turbo Tax, but just the added state.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
