Refund advance

I have used Turbo Tax for years to file. Last year I couldn’t get the refund advance because credit karma says I can’t open a spend account because they can’t verify my identity. This year the same thing. I asked what can I do to resolve this? Nothing. So, if I am to understand this correctly I just can’t get a refund advance ever again because this is the only option turbo tax gives for an advance. I hate to leave turbo tax but this is not fair. Is there something I am missing? Why not give an option to get the advance into my bank account or maybe my turbo tax card that I still have???
