Refund advance

Is there really only the option to get a refund advance if you have a credit karma spend account? CK has told me I can’t open an account ever because they can’t verify my identity. I have no idea why. There is nothing I can do to fix this issue I was told . So now I am not able to get a refund advance? This has happened the last two years and I have always used turbo tax. Why can’t I get the advance on my turbo tax card? This is very frustrating and doesn’t make sense. It’s not fair.

Credit Karma has told me for the last two years that I can’t open an account with them because they can’t verify my identity. They didn’t give me any options to send in my Id or any of the things listed in the info from you guys. Basically they said there is nothing I can do. So I just can’t ever get the refund advance anymore. Which is the biggest reason I use Turbo Tax.
